Its made by some reclusive workaholic probably genius type, who well own a cat, and borrow orchestra instruments the way Cliff borrows amps, cabs, and maybe small electronics test bed equipment. I'd recommend checking out their Vintage Verb, too that's my fave of them.
I'm using Breeze from 2CAudio and really like it.
